WASHA Privacy Policy

This policy describes how WASHA ("we", "the app") handles information when you use our marketplace.

Account information
We collect account information you provide when you sign in, such as your phone number and display name. This is used to create and secure your account, show your profile to other users when you buy or sell, and support customer service.

Phone numbers
Your phone number is used for sign-in and verification. Sellers may see contact details only as needed to complete orders according to in-app flows. We do not sell phone numbers to third parties.

Uploaded photos
When you post listings or update your profile, you upload photos (product images, profile picture, store banner). These are stored on Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure and shown to other users as part of the marketplace.

Chat and messages
If you message a buyer or seller, message content is stored so conversations can be delivered and displayed. Do not share sensitive financial passwords in chat.

Ratings and reviews
Product ratings and reviews you submit are stored with your account identifier, the product, and timestamp. They may be visible to other users to help buyers make decisions.

Firebase services
We use Google Firebase for authentication, cloud database (Firestore), file storage, cloud functions, and related infrastructure.

Your choices
You can control listing visibility from posting options. You may request account deletion from Settings.
